We process all orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipments are made Monday through Friday.

US domestic orders:
All U.S Domestic orders shipping cost are on US! No minimums.

Domestic orders are shipped through USPS using First Class, Priority, or Express Mail services

Standard shipping methods typically arrive between 2 - 9 business days.

Express shipping methods typically arrives between 1 - 2 business.
International orders:

USPS International Standard shipping do not have tracking information and will not be refunded if the package is lost or stolen, the buyer assumes this responsibility by choosing this method

USPS International Standard shipping typically arrives within 10-25 business days

USPS Priority International shipping methods typically arrives between 7-12 business days.

USPS Express International shipping methods typically arrives between 6-10 business days.

International delivery times may vary depending on the custom's office of the arrival country.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS
US Domestic Orders (Contiguous US, Alaska and Hawaii)
We are committed to providing you with quality accessories and superb shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with a SPROOS purchase or gift for any reason, please return it for a full refund. Return shipping and handling fees are free. When you return your purchase to SPROOS by mail within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s).
How To Request A Return:
To return an item, please email your request along with your order number and additional info to returns@sprooshop.com. We will then email you a pre-paid return label. Please click Pre-paid shipping label URL with in 24 hours. You see, Simple as pie!
Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received and must include the original box and/or packaging.
Once we verify the condition of the returned item, the amount credited will be the price that you paid for the returned items and any applicable taxes. We do not refund the shipping charges that you may have paid. When the refund is issued, it may take up to 1-2 weeks for the refund to reflect on your credit card, depending on your financial institution.
Items received more than 30 days after the purchase date may not be returned.
SPROOS is unable to offer exchanges at this time.
International Returns:
There are no returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.
